I was trying to understand why is that some people are rich, some poor, some sad, some happy and so and so. A very usual question i tend to face at times during those rare god-based topics is that why isn't that all are not happy, rich or whatever good things. Since all miseries are happening in this world along with the good things, some people just disbelieve the existence of such a super natural force. Well, actually my topic is not God. It is about the way the system works. What i mean by the system is that the system we live in,i.e., our life, our surroundings, anything or anyone that is related to us. Anything or anyone is there around us because there is some purpose in it that would give some meaning(good or bad) to us or because we have been looking/ searching for it consciously or unconsiously (unconsiously doesn't mean when you are drugged smoking pot and lie there.. it means without our active knowledge). The reason i dragged god in between was that we all, in general, tend to blame him/her (as per your belief) if things go bad. A very usual reaction of human beings. Generally, starting with.. WHY ME GOD?? WHY ME??? and then the rest of the cribbing towards god starts... ending with some sob-sob.
Let's try to analyse the way the world works and stop blaming for sometime. Lets take the case of Billgates and Dawood ibrahim (A notorious gangster/smuggler).Since, they belong to the super rich category, both should be living a happy life, as per the definition of the materialistic world. Now, i am not trying to analyse whether they are happy or not. What i want to analyse is how they really became wealthy? Well, we all know it. Now, my question is that if god is the supreme example of everything good, will he actually "bless" dawood ibrahim so that he can amass all the wealth he has. And, that too will God actually support such violent and bloody methods of obtaining wealth. Forget God for a moment. Will you or me(asssuming that we are normal and good hearted souls) support such methods. Obviously, NO! So, if WE do not support, how can the one who created us will? Again, obviously, NOT! (Just trying to understand god here). So, coming back to dawood ibrahim, if god din't bless him with such wealth, how did he make it?....
Now, that god is out of topic, there should be something else that is aiding one to get what s/he
wants? The only other thing we know is.... us!! you or me!! after discounting the dog in your
lawn..that finally boils down to the person who has been cribbing and wailing to god. As per me or many others, it all depends on the person as of where he wants to go, what he wants to do and what he wants to get in life. The SYSTEM as such has been already created in such a way that you really would get what you are looking for if you really try hard with all your heart and soul. If you dont get it, then it is not your's. Live with what you get after you know you have given your best. But, one search will lead to other and one fine day you will definitely understand why you went through all those mazes and sufferings in life? If you don't then you still have not learnt the lesson this system was trying to teach you.
There is this scene in the series LOST which has a really meaningful dialogue. It is when sun-hwa kwon loses all her hope of finding her wedding ring which got lost in the island. Locke(my fav. character) helps her to find it. When they find it, sun asks "how did you find?". Locke says "It is just like how you find any other lost thing? when u start looking...".. (Not the exact dialogue but it means that only if you really start looking, you will get it). Just look
around.. for motivation and change and work towards it. You will find it. Just like you find any other lost thing.
Have you ever thought for a moment that anything and everything around you should have come out from the mind of one single person. One thought from one person that has changed many things around you. The kind of thought Ratan tata (Head of Tata Group) had that made him to create the cheapest car which is now compared to the Ford's model-T for the kind of revolution it could bring about in the automobile industry. Things like that.........
So, now you know how it works... Basically, YOU make it work.... YOU and ONLY YOU. Your belief, your passion, your hardwork, your discipline, your patience, your zeal, your enthusiasm .. these are some of the things that makes your life.
